MY STORY 🤍

I'm Reena Alise—a writer, mindfulness guide, and soulful mentor, but more than anything, I’m someone who believes in the power of growth through gratitude. My journey has been one of love, loss, and healing, and along the way, I’ve learned that even in our hardest moments, there is beauty to be found.

In my book, Twists & Turns: A Journey Through Love, Loss and Gratitude, I open up about my childhood growing up in foster care moving between homes, navigating loss, and learning to find strength in places I never expected.

For a long time, I didn’t fully understand why my story unfolded the way it did.
But looking back now, I see the lessons… the growth… and the quiet blessings in it all.

This journey taught me that:
It’s not where you come from that defines you
it’s the choices you make moving forward.

Through every challenge, I discovered the power of mindset, self-love, and gratitude.
And that awareness became the foundation for everything I’ve built in my life and business today.
